  • So again, it's been a while. 

    Sometimes I am so bad at updating...ok, not going to lie, all the time. 

    Anyway, the trip to America was nice, a good refresher time.  I got to hang out with my family a lot and work at the Applebee's where almost half my family works.  That was fantastic, it was like being able to make a bit of money and have family hang out time all at once.  By the grace of God my fiance' also got to come to TN for a couple weeks while I was there.  We went up to Indy to see Feanne (then Benge now Mattingly) and got to have a lot of hang out time. 

    Adriane came back to my house after about a month and we started the roadtrips.  To TX, OH, MI, and IN.  It was so good to see people...Andrew, Tara, Chaunisty, Sarah Scolaro, Melanie Hoski, Brie, Ann, Amanda, and a bunch of other ones. 

    Feanne's wedding was beautiful by the way.

    I feel like I am forgetting somethings and I'm sure I am but it was such a nice trip.

    It has been good being back, staying busy.  Teaching 6 science classes for 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 10th grade and some computer classes.  When we am not grading tests Adriane and I have been just hanging out with the kids a whole lot and I love it.  It makes me happy beyond belief. 

    Well, that is about it for now...
    Oh, and my little brother just got engaged...yay!

    It's so crazy to be back in the states.  It's been really good/really busy. 

    I have been picking up shifts at Applebee's and that's been nice to be able to have some money and my family not having to pay for me everytime we do something.  It's pretty much just a I can work whenever I feel like it thing, no complaints there.

    Sometimes I do get a bit mixed up with some things.  Yesterday I went to pick up Michael's mom to go have coffee with her and I was on a backroad with no lines and it took a while to figure out which side of the road I should drive on.
    Also the other day I was talking to some customers at Applebee's and I nodded my head side to side like they do in India and they looked at me really confused...took me a second to figure out what I did then I felt like a nerd. 

    Sorry, I haven't gotten to call almost anyone yet.  But I am not going to be working so much this coming week so I'll work on that one.

    Also, Michael Meehan is coming tonight and I am going to pick him up from the airport.

    These are a few of my favorite things...

    I really just love living here...a lot. 

    I love being in the city with the people and being just me and Adriane not in a big group. 

    I went to the Dr the other day and met a lady named Putma in the waiting room and just talked to her for a while, I love being able to do that.

    I love knowing some Telugu and being able to pick up on what people are saying.

    I love teaching my kids...I am going to miss them a lot when they are gone for a month in the summer.

    I love that this feels like home

    and....

    I really like being able to get lunch and dessert for less than $2.

     

    and....

    Watch out world, the boyfriend will be here in 19 days!!
